Since 4 days im using j7 and im getting problem im using dual sim airtel and idea
But whenver my phone is lock and in pocket im not getting whatsapp messages and when i unlock my phone im getting 20 30 messages at a time
Samsung provider please help me for this problem

Vibe x3 is better than j7 for gaming.

I bought j7 on October.now im having a small problem.when mobile data is on some times i lost signals.i have updated the anroid too.after turning off the mobile data i got signal back within 5 to 10 seconds..what is the reason for this and please help..battery is good.. i have more than 10 hours with mobile data on..

ovi, 04 Feb 2016I bought j7 a month before....um having internet problem vd... moreKindly perform the following steps to overcome the issue:-
1)You can check the handset performance in “Safe Mode” of your handset. Device can be booted up in the safe mode to check if the problems with the device are being caused by some applications added newly or not. The safe mode will only load the basic system software. Kindly follow below mentioned link to know about enabling Safe Mode:
>Make sure that your device is turned off. Press and hold the Power/Lock key to turn on the device. Press and hold the Low Volume Key until the screen lock appears.
>Or, there is another way to run the safe mode: Switch on device > when Samsung logo displayed, tap and keep tapped option / menu key.
>When the Lock screen is displayed, Safe Mode will be displayed in the lower left corner of the screen.
If the problem is still continuing in the Safe Mode as well, then there might be some issues in the device. To Exit from Safe Mode, kindly restart the device, or switch off the handset, uninstall battery and install it in handset after 30 to 60 seconds.
2)Then please take back-up of whole important data which is saved in your phone internal memory then perform “Reset”.
We recommend you to take back up in your pc, kindly install Smart Switch software in your pc from the below link:

Click on Software - Click on File - Click on Save
Note: Don’t connect your mobile phone with pc at the time of software installation.
Back up setting:-Application> Settings> General>Backup and reset>Back up my data
Reset setting:-Application> Settings> General>Backup and reset>Factory data reset
