I charged my samsung J7 using romoss powerbank and it overheat. When I charged my phone on its charger, it overheat again even when it is turned off. Can you help me to fix this????

I bought Samsung j7 1 month ago.But now When i call someone after select the sim card the mobile suddenly got switched off.If I call 10 times the mobiles for switched off 5 times.it's every bad experience with Samsung.
I am totally unsatisfied with j7 handset.

Amrvdp, 02 Feb 2016How is the using of 3g data it always at E state and never ... more Go to setting➡Mobile network➡choose network mode sim1 or sim2➡Wcdma only.

Hy people..i too bought j7 in august..and my phone just work very smooth..i din't faced any problem till now. and camera oh it's just awesome..i installed games more than of 1.5gb and my phone is left with only 1gb of storage..still it don't hang.just go for it..its a very good option..and yup battery is too good.

I bought j7 one month ago.initially worked well. Then getting automatically restarted. Rear camera quality is not good. When I try to send group sms it automatically changes to mms. No option to prevent this error. There is No read receipt option in mail. Otherwise works well.

I bought Samsung j7 2 month ago.Every enxt month after purchase I had experienced phone hanging problem.When I dial a any no; the mobile suddenly got switched off.If I dial 50 times the mobiles for switched off 35 times.it's every bad experience with Samsung.
I am totally unsatisfied with j7 handset.

No way, to again buy J7 2016 edition, with only ppi^, ram^. Why shud we, as Sammy is encashing its success. Just wait for J9 Qtr 2, its a full HD, probably.
As for its price 200 plus is too reasonable still. Not a Chinese but Korean product.

an excellent device with 1.5 gb ram makes no sense.Why not just give it a 3 gb ram instead?

yes it is an awesome phone but when we off the mobile net whole night .... it is not connecting to internet at morning... so that i have to restart or on and off the flight mode ... after that connecting to mobile net... horrible
