I purchased Samsung J7 in Dec.2015.After a month its screen started freezing .At service centre its mother board was replaced.But problem still exhists.Service personnel not able detect problem .Say it is because of BSNL sim or Tango app.Can anybody help me ?

I got samsung j7 2 months earlier ,, from the first day i got hanging problems , mostly keypad and soft keys were hanging while using whatsaap and some more app where i have to use keypad . and now 2 days earlier my display started fading out , don't go for this phone , this device give me a very bad impression ..

In my samsung galaxy j7 battery drains very quickly in standby.after reaching the battery level to 20% battery discharges to 0% with in no time.plzzz somebody help me.

janu, 28 Jan 2016By guyz plz suggest me j7 s good or bad....m confused whtr ... moreits an amazing and powerful phone the only problem i got is that i droped it on a hard surface and it costs me above 5k (my touch and display was broken) and after one month i droped it again 😞 and it will cost me the same.
so unless you can take good care of this beast u should prefer some other phone with glass protection.

using this phone since 1 month so far it's good
camera quality is good specially the front one
no hanging till now
battery is ok I get 1.5-2days backup in normal usage
display is superb
so its good under 15k budget phone with a brand like samsung

What about J7 2016 edition, only PPI changed, rest is same, why pay 320 dlrs, new one, just keep it, as long as J9 is released 3rd qtr!

I'm using j7 in Bangladesh. bought it recently. a nice phone. all is well in this phone. I'm really pleased. anyone can buy it without hesitation.
