when i checked the specification of j7 through cpu z it show that 4 core are running and 4 core is stoped. how can it be happen i want to know the reason. Is anyone can help me pkease?

aashi, 07 Jan 2016Bit confuse to buy j7 ..pls help..should i buy it...can any... moregreat phone man when i bought this i felt like i do any mistake but after some time i am loving it.best phone in low price.u can see a7 e7 or s6 are expensive but the j7 is not expensive.
and the speed is also good don't think that it is only 1.5 GB ram but it is like 2.5 GB ram amzaing phone.I advice you to buy this phone
