Deepthi, 03 Dec 2015I bought the phone today and i kept it for charging. After ... morenot to worry...sometime phone's battry got drain fully from 100% to 0% while removing and reinserting battry may b this because of unwanted app installed in the phone.while u turn ur phone onn just put the chrger to it and leave it for 10 min..after that try to turn on ur phone.ur problem must b solved.

I buy Samsung j7 for last week. it's battery backup is very very very bad.it's only 2000 ma capacity not 3000 ma capacity for this mobile. samsung was Cheating company.don't but any Samsung mobiles. Please please please........

I bought the phone today and i kept it for charging. After it fully charged i inserted my sim card and.in few mins it got switched off. I try to switch it but not working. Tmow taking it to samsung store where we bought. Quite disappointed. Any suggestions?

hi.. i purchase this fone on occassiin of diwali from then i updated my phone 3 times.1st time after update my phone does not heat up but after 2nd update it is heating nearby the camera and speaker.after 5 minutes of 2nd update my gone wants 3rd update.i have updated my fone thrice..guyys what will i do .my fone getting heat up and laggy compare to before update...
plzzz tell me guyys what can i do.
