Contacted my source @ Samsung tech dev, -stated Nougat update to be release same timeframe between J700H and J700K OS pattern schedule. It should be +/- 7 days beginning 3rd week of Oct.

All samsung J7 2015 user download samsung member app and give feedback for Nougat update.If more user request then they listen to us and provide nougat update very soon.

A friend of mine just bought s7 loaded with N. The look and feel is fantastic(irrespectve of the phone being a flagship) the ui is very great.it will be a cool thing to get nougat if samsung allows us too.

Out of the box running on 7.1 nougat with 4GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, CPU running on octo-core 2.4 Ghz and with Dual 13.MP Rear camera. C710F/DS .

Received today, from my telco, a 218 MB SO update for my SM-J700M, bought in Peru, South America, from telco Movistar (owner Telefonica) in October 2016.
No Nougat for me today.
Phone came with Lollipop, updated to Marshmallow several months ago.
Highlights of today's update:

Never buy samsung lower and mid range phones. They all have bugs after upgrades.

i think nougat is not coming to the J700F... if u want nougat time to upgrade... and if u like your J7 too much, u can buy it again with nougat and new model number J701F....
