I recently bought galaxy j7 and I noticed some defects on my phone 3 days after I bought it. Its always freezing and automatically shut off and will turn on again. I complained it to the store and they told me to reformat it. IM not using memory card coz I only use few apps and games so there's no way he unit will have a virus and Im using knox for antivirus. I agreed to format it but its still the same. The store wont replace it since its replacement warranty is for factory defects/damaged only according to them. They will only repair it though its barely a week and under the replacement warranty. Am I alone enduring this phone's defect?
