Hi every one I have purchased a samsung galaxy E7 mobile on 13/09/2015 and i just used it for 2 months then i got a software update msg in my mobile on 15/11/2015 @ 11 pm as ussualy i updated my phone with new soft ware theN it worked for 15 min after that
suddenly the mobile got switched off and it was complete blank. Next day i took the mobile to samsung serive center in (E Technologies) whcih is in Ameerpet. The peple at this service center said that the mother board is crashed due to soft ware update it dosen't come's undre warrenty
and they faild to explain how the mother board will crash due to soft ware update.
They are costing me Rs.8335 for repair. This is just disgusting. I took the mobile for Rs. 17500 and not even used for 2 months and now they are saying that it dosen't comes under warrenty.
I sincerly request you all to avoide SAMSUNG MOBILES they are REAL,GOOD,cleaver & SMART cheater.
I use to assume that SAMSUNG is a reputed brand which give's a quality product and best customer service but the failed in both. Please i quest all of you to avoid SAMSUNG MOBILES..

Help: Is Zenfone 2 4GB/64GB variant better than the SG J7? If yes, why did you choose the J7 (if you already bought it thou). Thank you for your feedback!
