Hi ,
I bought a Samsung J7 mobile last month (sept 2015) . I got a problem from yesterday, I was not able to hear sound from the other end when i receive or make call. But the other person can hear my sound. At speaker and headset option it is working fine but at the normal part, It was not working. I tried restarting, rebooting, format, adjusted volume but no use. I was not sure whats the problem arise

My samsung J7 got very low ringtone,some videos in memory card does not play,is it normal for all...pls reply here.

Got this samsung J7 for almost 2 weeks. .NO issues so far, smooth and very fast without lag issues. Performance is good, audio quality is fair enough, incredible battery back up and the best phone on hand so far. Camera is good, quite decent result, never expect perfect pic result since this is only a midrange phone.
overall - J7 is worth buying for. 5Star rating for midrange phone.
for advance user who keeps complaining, go for much expensive phone. never deal with midrange phone. Thank you.

Cam is waste. Screen is very big but games heating it like iron box. It's getting stacked. Lot of apps unable to use as we desire. Waiting for late running train opening an app means. Bloody mistake I did. Not happy.

Earlier i commented about lg g3 dual. Except dual sim that one is same as to normal lg g3.
But which one you like ?
Except that lg g3 / g3 dual other variants are not good as j7.

Lg g3 heats more than j7. battery draining is fast. G3 thanandroid 6.0 updation is confirmed by lg. I played modern combat 4 and asphalt 8 on g3. Both games are working perfectly rather than j7. But I not played nova 3 and modern combat 5 on g3. G3 is a high end gaming device
If you need 720 pixel gaming device go for j7. It provides good battery life.
If you need full HD gaming device go for j7. It supports more graphics .

[deleted post]if you want to know which one is better, search the internet for the details of each of the phones parts. processor and gpu, j7 is better. the difference in ram is 500mb, but take note that the j7 has a better chip.

It has a problem, sometimes the phone goes off in idle mode. It cannot be any way to turn on the phone, unless it's Battery can be removed
