James, Get Samsung Galaxy J7 as it supports 4G and 4G in india (Band 40 ) also and s3 neo dosent, second ,s3 neo is old now 3 years old , as now s6 is going on , i prefer for J7 as it has front flash also and has 5 MP front camera with front flash ,and back camera is also of 13 MP , so good in camera also and processor is also good ,compare both on GSM Arena

please see following points
battery back up amazing.
display is super AMOLED awesome.
it has 10 touch points.
camera was very good.
no overheat issues.
USB OTG support.
don't listen to those have negative comments.
its really good phone.
go for j7
