Planning to buy J7..
Which is way better? E7 or J7.. I red that E7 has Gorilla Glass screen protector which J7 does not have.. Is J7 Octacore or Quafcore? E7 has 2G RAM while J7 has 1.5G RAM.. Which is better? Please advise.

I have Samsung Galaxy J7 SM-J700H, purchased last month. i m having serious trouble with it as it gets stuck sometime and even has restarted twice yet. i think there is some problem with its hardware/software.

Shan, 27 Sep 2015Every body is saying sound is low. but how much low? is it ... moreI am using it for 3days I didn't find any issues on sound It's not too low it's ok.. Also the incoming calls and outgoing calls quality was good.. I don't know why ppl are reporting for this.. The only thing is ram in background using 70 to 80% while use to clean it reopens again. I don't know how to fix it.. But it doesn't affect the mobile performance..

while playing games, watching videos ,unremovable battery is dangerous ( like moto x play ,one + one 2 , galaxy a , e seiries ) when it stuck it s**cks

Hi guys this phone is awesome in screen clarity and for watching videos. Do not see ppi for samsung phones. This super amoled display is great. The only thing I am facing a issue was ram almost 70 to 80% of ram was using in background. Whenever I used to clear it reopens again and again. Is there anyfix for it. I can install only limited apps due to lack of 1.5gb ram.. Overall it's a good phone.

James, 26 Sep 2015And why exactly is that so important?Latest Android update always brings something new & much improved from its earlier version.If you value always being on the latest Android version, you have another reason to purchase a Motorola smartphone like the Moto G 3rd gen or Moto X Play .Only Nexus and High end flagship smartphone of Samsung,Sony,HTC & LG and Moto devices will get Latest Android Update advantage even Moto E the low end smartphone is running on Latest Android 5.1 but Samsung J5 & J7 will not get next major Android update.Last year Grand 2 still running on Android KitKat.Samsung E5,E7 running on the Android KitKat.

so this phone is pretty much an all-round phone also economic wise (for me at least)
and can handle these games really well : modern combat + gt race 2 + .... which at these times are the top answers that come up on google if u search the mobile testing games which are HD games i think, any ways didn't play modern combat much (because the game control was hard as SHI.R.T for me) but gt was fine and played more than 10 or 15 mins to test for heat and stuffs and saw no lag, the phone temp gets high to an expectable normal temp but no lag, didnt check the marathon test like couple of hours though, some other days or some other users maybe. and since i'm new to this whole android things i checked it mainly through apps and on AnTuTu benchmark test results this phone is ranked like this = 8:s Galaxy S5 9:xiaomi MI 310 : S Galaxy J7 (this phone>score>37509 which may differ on diffrent devices)and is as u see number 10 on the phone ranks ( on top 10) which is totally economical. and antutu says : general performance: exelent, surpasses 99% of other devices + games performance: higher ,surpasses 80% of oth dev . hope this info helps u (i really needed this kinda info when i was searching for the phones and not users own ideas haters or lovers of galxy stuffs). got a question myself about the ram that is eaten up (rom . system memory, i'm new to this thing so work with me) most times i see 70to 80 % ram used and i close background running apps but it says some apps may reopen which is totally anoying and i found where to disable this but how the hell am i suppose to know what app is essential and what is not necesarry?:| really could use the help or at least an app that closes them for good (did download some apps like ccleaner and Ram Booster but they only close and then the reopening happens almost instantly :| damn it samsung guys just make it simple to close these apps for good now we have to do it by trial and error) thnx in advance

I have same phone . So this issue occurs too in my mobile.
Becoz the samsung are not providing led backlight of notification keys and haptic feed back . Becoz samsung does thinks to providing these features in normal cheap device . If they provide that will become a premium handset and also its price will be a 17,000 or 21,000 . You will found these feature only on samsung premium mobiles like s 6 or note 4 5 6
