I have not confirm it directly from Samsung Philippines but Samsung Philippines website and their brochure on the retail store does not include LTE/4G in the spec. One of the reseller here in the Philippines confirms that it doesn't have LTE/4G function.

Best budget phone if you want big screen. Long battery and 2 very good cameras...Looks nice in gold color.
16 gb is impressive for a cheap phone. Samsung phones are now getting worth buying, more than the chinese junks

And I too used other Samsung models and know the cameras.here the camera may be 13MP. But the quality of the pic is very poor.Samsung need to upgrade their ROM to improve camera like jelly bean.

No gorilla screen protection..disappointd for that. :-( .except tht evrything awsm in this price point.
