I have to speak too loudly to be audible to receivers
I tried recording in voice recorder if i talk normally i dont even record anthing i have to shout then my mic listens else it won't don't kbow what to do now ..

Im using j7 2 years ago but after new update of 2mb phones battery goes down fastly . Anyone has the same issue . And when we getting nougat update for J7 . Thanks

Samsung Malaysia replace my J7 2015 screen for the famous low brightness flickering for free. With new screen..no more this flicker issue. Thank you Samsung.

I also faced like a same prblm..video calling in room with full light showing black screen nd another side it's also going black picture .even it could not able to show ur clothes colours which r u wear...i suggested not buy ths phn

all medias (youtube, play music, video, facebook, etc.) keep pausing for no reason. my phone pauses music 5 times in half an hour even after I wiped it. All this happened since the update.

This phone has so many problems that I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy. Instead of this one you should go for j716 great phone. I am using both of these phones btw

1.my phone is j700f.while charging the screen auto turns on without any notification or anything.and yes the chargung continues.
2.sometimes the screen turns on but there is no charging sign on the battery icon.
