Is the ram such a big issue with reports of the ram frree only 500 mb

Tried this phone and disappointed...the volume of the speaker is incredibly low you nearly cannot hear any ringtone or music...How can Samsung sell a phone with such a flaw ? About same problem with J5.

AnonD-417941, 11 Aug 2015can someone tell me if 1.5gb ram is enough for who use lots... moreI dont know which phone you have and which version of Android. Goto settings-->device --app manager-->running. you will generally get how much RAM system is using , how much RAM apps are using and free RAM .
for my Note 3 with 3gb RAM -->0.5gb approx is used by device, 885MB by system, 775 mb by apps and 1.02 gb free.
for my sony xperia z ultrawith 2gb RAM -->0.3gb used by device, 546 by system, 398 by apps with 782 RAM free.
One should not have too many apps open at the same time. In general now a days 1.5Gb is a little less. I really dont know how much memory Android M will take.
