Camera is great, for the price of course.
Long lasting is a subjective term best used in some context. As for the build quality, be assured it's a Samsung. So there shouldn't be any problems there. If, however, there are concerns about usability, then again it depends on your way of using it. Though there should be plenty of development taking place for this device, you should be willing to root and install custom ROMs to prolong its life. That's called a 'long-lasting' device.
If you don't like to mess with your device's software then a high end Windows phone (by Nokia) is the best option for you. Great camera and easy to upgrade instructions.

This phone samsung galaxy j7 has very decent spec for this price point but there r some disappointment's
(1) 1.5 gb -it should have been 2 gb,
(2) no e-compass - even Rs 6000/- mobile has it (Redmi 2)
If these were added it would be good value for money
