After J700FXXU4BQE3 update with May security patch.Network problems can't place call or use internet after few minutes of start.Facing problems.All because of update hope Samsung release some binary update to fix it very soon.

I have also face same problem after the update 144 mb on may my jio internet and call not working properly when i take restart it works temporary for some time if anyone know how to fix it tell me plz thank you

My samsung j7 network not working properly after got update on 22 may 2017 the update was arround 144mb and its made my mobile worst even i am not getting call on my jio number always i need to do plane mode on/ off than its working for few mins than again its stoping , any one have some idea about this issue how i can resolve it plss help i did factory reset also but still have problem

Hello guys,
If you are still suffering from network issue in you samsung j7 (2015) . I recomend you guys to use only single sim . It solved my problem . I had problem with my jio sim as i have to switch on flight mode and then turn it off to use the internet. Tell me this helped you .

AnonD-671993, 25 May 2017wow couple of new features!! what they are😊I asked them about it but they did not said anything about it all they said was you will get couple of new features and they were telling something about binary updates. I dont know what that means but its good if our phones get new features and i wish they bring down the grace ui to our phones coz its really awesome i used it in my friends s7 edge. Its really good with really awesome features.

Just put the network in airplane mode for few seconds or change the network mode from 4g to 3g or 3g to 2g for few seconds. .your problem may be solved temporarily. .but for permanent solution Samsung will release update soon. .

For those who after updated their J7 software and are facing problems please do a wipe cache partition right away after you done your factory reset.
