Worst phone.memory card corrupted.it told to set up and format.this happened 3 times.i went to service centre.they upgraded to 6.0.1.again memory card corrupted.told to set up and format.

I purchased J7 just three days back, now I am facing overheating on earpiece side while talking and battery drains so fast. My phone is in android 6.0. I have visited nearest service centre but they told that its a common issue of all phone, so nothing to worry about. I feel cheated right now. Is anyone facing the same issue? Please reply

When I unmount and mount my memory card l lose all my data.after few days it showed my memory card corrupted and to set up .then it showed to format it.i again lost my data.any solution.

One thing I would like to say is that it has 1.5 GB of Ram out of which you will get 1.32 GB usable. Don't waste money to buy this phone . Instead you will get 3 or 4 GB Ram phones under that price range. This phone will become too slow over the next few years. Apps will lag in the background leading to excess battery drainout.
