I think u hav nt updated till dec security patch..thts y u able to downgrade

Samsung j7 2015 will get nougat update in august 28 and j5 in october1
And j72016 abd j5 will get update in september 20

A... moreI don't know why it didn't show pass because I do this procedure all the time and it never failed for me once, even on a non rooted device.
Did you download the firmware for your device model ?
Try watching some youtube tutorial videos or search some forum.

Lte is just an advanced version of 3g, to achieve the speeds of 4g in a consistent and efficient manner.

LTE stands for Long Term Evolution, and it is just the path followed to achieve 4G speeds.
SO don't worry about it much.

0. Enable developer option on your phone and inside developer option enable "oem unlock"
1. Download the firmware(OS) you want to install from sammobile site.
2. Install odin on your pc.
3. extract the firmware you downloaded.
4. Now switch off your phone and boot in download mode by holding volume down+power+home button. Once download screen appears..., click volume-up button once more to enter the download mode.
5. open odin on your pc and connect your device to your pc now.
6. Now in odin interface there is an option "AP/PDA". Click on that option and locate your firmware file that you extracted. Select it.
7. Just click on start and let odin do all the work.
after successful installation a message "PASS" will pop up in odin

insanejojo, 20 Feb 2017i am using the latest indian firmware n lte n volte n bike ... moreI reinstalled the february update(january patch) and bike mode is working now but volte i.e. LTE is not working. So I reverted back to the nov-dec 2016 patch and now everything works like a charm.

vishu, 21 Feb 2017my samsung j700H ...lte option not enablej700h is a 3g phone... so you cannot use 4g or lte or volte on it... u need to have j700f to have those features....

After in... morei am using the latest indian firmware n lte n volte n bike mode works.... just to make known to you there is no february update for this device yet... it is a january update released in feb... maybe you should try factory reset... and even wipe cache and wipe data.... it should work then....
