how to know it
there is option but in mobile networks or sim card manager if you have 4g sim enabled on it.

My phone (Samsung galaxy J7 ) getting switch off every time when battery level reaches around 55% and it wont switch ON until I connect the charger.
The service center person kept my phone under observation and lying that he solved the problem.
Can anyone help me to solve this problem ?

Sneha, 28 Dec 2016I m using j7 2015 for 2 days..and it hangs too much..i don'... morei am too using it for 3 days but it doesent hang at all.......just check in ur phone a app called smart manager is there....... use it to clear ur ram ,cache files,unused files.......u will se it will not hang

My j7 2016 is good bt there is one minor glitch it keeps vibrating when i pick up the phone even i disable the vibration on settings.can someone help me pls to resolve this prob. Thanks!

If your phone is facing flickering problem then keep our phone outside so that it get some sunlight or near the heater then your problem will be fixed. The flickering problem is caused due to moisture.😁
