The nougat update is smooth and very interesting, it feels like i have a new phone, everything changed!! My phone is EMEA model, but i installed the update through Odin3 on computer from here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ViWMW8zD0Go

2nd day of the Nougat update on mine and the battery is pretty much the same. it lasts 2 days on my standard use and at the moment I still have 53% so I do think overall it'll reach my 48hrs standard usage. I'm very satisfied with the update. the interface is fully revamped and is similar to S8's interface now. everything seems to be running smoothly and the animations seem snappier than before. very nice work, Samsung. feels like I have a new phone again. :D

Received 33.88 MB update on my Samsung j7 2016 update received for Indian version only ( I also have a Europe version ) can't find any differences after update just 2 changes others files in internal storage use to be 675MB now it has reduced to 250MB and battery is charging fast as same when I was using marsmellow !!

Pros Speed up your device
lots of new features like multi window S8 like UI
its free up almost 1 Gb from your storage mine was 3.1 available after now i have 4.3
cons
Not many
Few people thinks its eat your battery more (i didnt feel much difference)

After nougat,
Factory reset the device. then,
Put battery mode in MID saving mode...That will not affect the performance of the device and saves the battery a lot more than normal mode...

I'm using Samsung be j7 (2016) from India after nougat update battery drains fast 3300 battery drains in 12hrs just using Twitter, Instagram and Facebook lite , using calls and messages !! Bluetooth & WiFi scanning turned off , NFC turned off but battery drains even phone is idle !! without using for 6hrs battery drained 12% un-installed
All games , others folder in internal storage has 675MB did factory reset twice no use !! Please help !!

Yasir, 19 Sep 2017Just updated to Nougat in pakistan its looks S8 now smooth ... morewhere is the proof? screen shot of software version etc? because I am from Pakistan and there is no official nougat update released in Pakistan yet.
