How long more must we in SL wait for the Android N for our J7 6 handsets? Really disappointed with you Samsung if u could push update to a huge market like India why can't u push the update to small country like ours or r u giving us step mother's treatment

pikachu, 15 Sep 2017then the battery down prblm slove ??? well first find out what might draining your battery. most of the phone after software update setting get defaulted so some setting like NFC beam and location silently drain our battery.. no matter how many time you did the factory reset it will still eat your battery because default function like NFC and Location method is the culprit. so turn it off .. bluetooth and wifi scanning is in location setting find it and switch it off.. just follow my previous post about this and yes my GN version working fine

I guess the nougat did shorten batterylife of my j7 2016 ....barely noticeably.. i guess maximum screentime is still over 10 hours(with brightness 15-25%),
If you experiences very big batterydrain, then recommend you to whipe caches or if that didnt works factory reset might only solution...

You should update your set without any hesitation. I ve done it and it is just more than satisfying update.it will heal your all panic if u take a look at the updated outlook of the set. Yes u should update. I ve got 2.5 gb extra internal space after update and ram remains same , so does the battery back up. If u still have any confusion, u can call samsung care by taking the contact number from google as i have done.

But you should wait for official update in your country.. because there are some bugs in the update and I think they didn't release it everywhere for a good reason .
