Anonymous, 14 Sep 2017hi just want to know... after factory reset all contact and... moreDownload messages and call log backup app from play store and backup all your messages and call log to either SD card or Google drive and once format the device you again have to download the app to restore the call log and messages again...Your contacts automatically appeared if you saved it in Google account...Hopes you understood...

AnonD-700147, 13 Sep 2017After update the bettery back up fall very much. Let the battery drain to 0% and charge in switch off mode to 100%.Start go to settings>app>reset app preferences

SM-j710GN (malaysia,south east asia) got the nougat just now..if it doesnt appear,manually search for update in settings..doing the upgrading right now
