AnonD-684407, 20 Jul 2017Any information about nougat update..? Release date.? Samsung have confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) will officially get Android Nougat with Samsung's new Grace TouchWiz UX skin. It is expected to arrive in August 2017, as per Samsung Turkey.

Size was around 260MB, e... moresometme my j7 6 ram consumption goes so high... even sometime reach to 86% ..... is it commmon wd ur fones??? it hapend when lots of apps are standing in backrgns or on heave use... but it never hanged.... jst want to ask ur fone ram consumption behavior is same like me or not???? plz share ur experience....

No. It's not a problem with Phone or Sim. You try Airtel/Vodafone sim with network mode set to "4g only", you'll face the same problem. That's why companies/manufacturers avoid "4g only" and provide "Auto Connect" with 3g only & 2g only.
The problem is dependant on network availability. The area where you face this problem might not have proper Jio network. The same problem is not applicable to Airtel/Vodafone network because they're backed up with 3g & 2g.

In this mobile..jio sim is not working well...the signal is coming nd its automatically getting emergency calls..i asked jio care they told that its a software problem of ur samsung phone..samsung will update their software then only the jio sim will work....they told that soo plsss update our software.....

Well, I also had battery problems in the past, on the phone I had before this one. It turned out to be USB cable. I just took another one from another charger I had laying around, and that fixed the issue.

You need to calibrate your battery. To do so, Deplete battery by using your phone till it reaches 0% & gets switched off automatically.
Now charge for 3 hours continously, by then it will reach 100%. Remove the charger & leave it for 15 mins. Your battery should be calibrated by now and is ready to use with the problem solved.
Make sure your phone should be switched off for this calibration charging. Use original box charger only or 5V~1.5A charger.

Anonymous, 17 Jul 2017My phone also charging very slow with original charger it t... moreJust change the usb cable and buy an high speed usb cable (I'm using Sony fast charge usb cable) this will your phone charge faster, initially I was also thinking that my phone has slow charging problems, but later realised that the usb cable is the culprit. Try fast charge or high speed usb cable, it will most probably solve the problem if your phone and charger is in good condition and you also feel so
