I have returned this phone twice and it still loses calls and hangs up often. You can be talking on the phone and all of a sudden they will say I can't hear you. This phone has been a thorn in my side.

Anonymous, 01 Jul 2017Can i use original samsung charger 5v 2.0A in j7 2016Chargers are phone model specific. Samsung or any other brand provides different chargers for different models. The original box charger that comes with a J7 2016 is 5V~1.5A which matches its battery @12.71Wh.
