sometime my j7 6 ram consumption goes above 70%
anyone else notice????? is it normal???? sometimes but not every time.... most of the time it remians 62% to 64%. plz help

hi there i am from india.
using this phone (j710f) for over a week now.
a rare problem though not very often during call that i cant listen to them.
the problem creeps in when i am talking and their voice gets missing though the call is still connected.
i recently went for an ota update of approx 310 mb size, but experience the same problem once even after that.
any solution? plz
and sorry that my english sucks lol..

on facebook when i try to open the links' sometime my j7 stop for a while and then suddenly it happens "unfortunately facebook has stopped"
why it happen sometime????? is it due to slow internt or it is due to updated the fone?????
currently m using 2G internet which is slow.
plzz help.... wat is the reason behind it

My, 26 May 2017I noticed yesterday that after charging my phone and leavin... morechange ur battery. i have same plm after 2month can't charge the battery because unable to conect its not Samsung compatible battery notification displayed
plz dont go for Samsung service center. go to local store same Samsung battey but China 600rs only. same battery backup
