great phone. probably the best smartphone I've had so far. I've had higher spec phones but so far this one suited my daily needs best and with a better battery life.

I have faced charging issue in my phone. I Reset my phone . Now it takes near 2.15 hours to full charge.
Best way to backup before reset is
Connect your phone on laptop/ PC .
Then open Samsung smart switch.
Click backup.
After reset
Connect your phone as earlier and open smart switch and click restore.
Simple.

Even high graphics games like Nova3 plays fine. Super AMOLED screen is costlier than LCD display. It is brighter than LCD display. AMOLED display seems dull than LCD but actually its brightness do not harm our eyes. The brightness is soft so it seems like. AMOLED consumes lesser power compared to LCD. J7 (2015) has become so popular that Samsung has introduced J7 (2016) with more powerful chipset and latest design. Overall its a good experience. Remember one thing its not China phone. Samsung is a Korean company and it has got its own standards for apps, hardware etc. Samsung maintains tough quality in built and design compared to china phones. 3300mAH Battery for this lasts long full day with on net with some juice left in it. Thanks for your time.

It does not matter how long it takes for the battery to be charged, is more important than what you do when your battery is completely discharged and then charging up to 100%.
li -ion batteries work better when you are not used to the end 0%,but most to 25 % and then put the battery to charge75-90% , ( why?)
lithium-ion batteries have a rated lifetime of somewhere between 500 and 1,500 charge cycles.
so if it reach 100% or less then 25% then it lose 1 cycle.(the user runs it down all the way to zero before recharging) can degrade to 70 percent of its original capacity in 300-500 cycles
With a DoD of 25 percent, where the user plugs it in as soon as it gets to 75-90 percent remain, that same battery could be charged up to 2500 times before it starts to seriously degrade.
Charge a little bit whenever you can.
Lithium-ion batteries don't respond well to being charged all the way up and then run all the way down. They take much better to little bits of charge here and there.
What's far more dangerous to a battery's well-being is heat. Lithium-ion batteries despise heat.
Battery consumption depends on the applications you have installed on the phone and working in the background even if you do not use the phone. such as; facebook, instagram, messenger,snapchat, so if you delete these apps and use them through the browser , thus saving up to 40% of the battery (day)life.
Display put on minimum brightness and wi - fi, bluetooth,-3G -4G use it when you need.

AnonD-382451, 20 Apr 2017Is j7 2016 a good buy?I think it is. Before this i use xperia xa. The price in malaysia nowadays is quite same with j7 2016. I swap my xa with somebody and after use this phone for 2 weeks. Im happy than before. The battery is awesome. Camera quite good
