So aboutvthe ram, 2gb ram in j7 6 and 3gb ram in j7 prime but both devices are same working. Ok j7 6 is ever ever much batter than the j7 prime

I love it! Samsung is the best! I never had any problem with my phone. That is why I'm very loyal to a Samsung phone even it's expensive.

Pls help I'm using j7 duos, SIM 2 slot has just stopped working SIM card in sim 2 slot is now undetectable it only uses one SIM now, taking a fine for repair is my last resort pls help

When i put my phone into my pocket..if anybody calls me the phone just take call during coming out from pocket..it irritates me..any solution guys.....

would charge only upto 80% or 85%
then i dialled *#0228# and pressed "quick start" like
you said , now my phone charges upto 100%

Maybe try another charger. Or try to bring the battery percentage to 0%, then re-insert it and then try charging. If nothing works, then it's probably a bad battery. You can also try to hard reset the phone but it will erase everything you have on it, so backup first.
