An Indian here. Not necessarily a bad thing that we will receive the update late. At least now we know if it's safe to install the update. Even if we had received it earlier, I'd have waited for others to install it and their feedback

The update was also in Romania for the J7 2016! The Oreo 8.1 package has 937.52 MB and brings Secure Folder, IM Chat ,Wi-Fi Call and 4G Call, Android security level is on September 1, 2018

vishal h, 22 Nov 2018r u recive blue light filter, AOD, smart view, s secure...??None of all. Just get secure folder. For bluelight filter u need 3rd party, and now its shown in notif bar.
