deba, kolkata, 01 Oct 2016Guys My J7 is taking more than 4 hours to charge from 29... moreI also facing same problem in j7 2016...i think this is due to app or software...because when i formatted it charges full normally in 2:30hours..so it is not a fault of cable or charger...but again i install apps from playstore, the slow charging problem occurs again took more than 5hours for full charging...only in factory data reset condition without installing any app it charges normally...

My J7 is taking more than 4 hours to charge from 29% to 100% also the battery drainage is faster; it is happening since last 15 days; i have not updated with any recent google patch..my J7 patch is April 2016. any idea guys?
