I just bought j7 6. when I open a just captured pic and want go back to camera again, first the pic get blurred and then it switch to camera.
Plz tell me this is fault? I think it is fault

Anyone know if it is possible to tell where north is using the J7 (2016) with its GPS despite it lack of compass?

Im located in the Philippines and I wanna know if Samsung Galaxy J7 is great to use in our area. I'm currently torn between SGJ7 and iPhone6s. I am a huge Android fan, by the way but am having second thoughts now based on the comments that I am seeing in this site. I am only choosing between Samsung, iPhone and Lenovo. Please help. Thanks!

The J7 Prime has compass, the J7 (2016) does not. Both have GPS. Google Maps knows its position on a map from GPS on both devices. But does anyone know if Google Maps also is able to orient itself correctly with respect to north on the J7 (2016) (without the compass) (by rotating the map around the point of location) such that if the upper edge of the phone is facing north then Google Maps orients the map such the upper edge of the map also faces north? Or is there no way to tell where north is using the J7 (2016)?

No it does not work during video call because front camera is being on r off manually but,thete is no option to open the camera flash.

MS Babu, 07 Sep 2016I have brought Samsung J7 2016 Model in Big C last 15 day... moreLOL. Then replace it. Samsung warranty is more than 15 days. I doubt you actually bought one since you didnt know that the phone can be replaced or fixed if brought to the proper service center.

The device is an excellent product. The only drawback, and a critical problem is practical use is that the ringer volume is very low even at maximum volume setting. If the device is in the next room or if you are in an environment of moderate ambient noise, you will not notice the device ringing. The same issue was there on J7(6) as well. Surprisingly J2(6) had adequate volume despite being a cheaper phone. It may be a matter of personal preference, but make sure you check it out before buying it.

Basemark x is 5383, not 11199, as specified on performance specs, 11199 is for medium (see the review)
