Mind is the UAE Version of J710F.
It could be different regions and different model. No one will get the update instantly. I know it's frustrating but we all need to wait.
By January 2019,we will all have Oreo.

I have Versions: J710F and i got OREO update in Pakistan still cant believe 2 years old phone got 2 Major updates i think in pakistan people have J710H model that will get update in Nov i got UAE unit so got the update early
