What's the best option best the J7 (2016) and the A5 (2016) ? J7 seems to be more powerful, and a better battery life. I think thatA5 is more expensive because of its design ?

This phone has the best capacity of giving you best performance under Rs. 16000 and this phone beats samsung galaxy a7 2016 edition in performence.However, its camera is pretty good compared to moto g4 plus.The display is also awesome.It do not heat much as well.To sum up it is the best phone in display and performance under Rs. 16000.

Cheap could be against CPU,GPU, not .5 to 1.5 ram n three models, most bizarre gimmick by Sammy. Just go for flagships, maybe after 3years. No N7 even 6gb ram. Just 2017 S8 all turn around!
