J7 and J5 is almoust same thing but j7 is biger and has stronger baterry and j7 batery usses same as j5 cuz j7 is bigger ;)

I suggest for put your handset and battery seperately in the white rice. Remember covered full hand set with rice. Put in deep inside in the rice for 3 days or more . If the whole mobile case is opened is better if you can. The white rice can absorb the whole water from your mobile. I believe this suggestion will help you.

The music player is not the easier to access like the old versions of samsung. Why ? Do we have an application available and compatible with j7 that doesnt take too long to open and we can save random playlist. Google Music Players sucks! :/

Model SM-j710FN/DD, sl. No. FF8H533174Y, was purchased on 21 July 2016 at TK. 22,900/=. after13 days during a rain some how it got little soaked. Set was opened, Battery was removed, little water drops were soaked with tissue paper and kept it in sun ray for few minutes. As No moisture or water was seen any more, the battery was placed and the set was switched on. It worked as usual. But at night the set trouble started. Battery does not charge, displays" battery temperature too low, charging paused". On 09 August 2016, customer care informed warranty void for liquid damage, need PBA+2CD+TOUCH KEY=BILL TK. 10,400/=
I wonder how such a higher priced set is damaged in such an incident and 50% cost of a new set was claimed.
Any way, as the warranty is declared void, can any one suggest me a remedial measure ?
