SUJAY, 15 Jul 2016i have the old j7 version , but now except me all are tel... moreI switched from lumia 640xl to j7. It brings some serious problems with it. 1) its default keyboard lags at the time of typing. Although it has sufficient ram and has good processer. 2) my contacts were automatically erasing day by day. 3) mailing function cannot be compared with windows 10 phone. 4) it freezing sometimes 5) Microsoft should update its groove music to android like it is in windows phone. I switched bc android store contain local apps which Windows store don't have.

guys can you help me why my facebook messenger can't install, using google play store and after i download, play store said (code error-505) but i have already enough space to install it
then i try to download the apk file using my desktop and then its the same problem saying application cant install i don't know why and what the problem.. help me guy i hope you can help me..

After using for 2 months, I've a positive opinion for this new J7 2016 model except the below 5-cons, nothing is wrong with this device:
1.No notification light.
2.No vibration & backlight for back & window buttons during silent mode
3.Sound cranks while talking..but sometimes not always
4.Proximity sensor sometimes doesn't recognizes ur ear during call, as a result ur ear touches speaker button which sometimes results to put the voice on speaker.
5.No fingerprint sensor{I'm sure this will be new addition for Samsung in it's next J7 series nxt year :D}

Dont buy this phone! Lack of sensors, voice recording is bugged, recordings are useless, lack of notification led. One and only thing, battery lasts long. Battery endurance is amazing but for phone from 2016 that doesnt have compass or some other cheap fetures is just nope. Im aming at xiaomi redmi 3 pro or note 3 pro. They are same price group as j7.6.
