J7 is better for gaming cuz the gpu have to push 720p in J7 vs 1080p in A7(for the same gpu adreno 405) .. If u want the extra features like fingerprint scanner , light sensor , Corning Gorilla Glass 4 then go to A7 .. In my opinion J7 is more practical.

Hi friends..My galaxy j7 2016 has problem..its doesnot support whatsapp messanger.....every time I have to reset the device to receive any message.I have turn off ultra data saviing mode even then the problem is same
