It is very likely that the J7 2016 will also receive all Oreo 8.1.0 being the latest update for this model.

I just stumbled upon a YouTube videos, showing Oreo 8.1 on J7 Nxt. And J7 Nxt runs Oreo 8.1 without any issue (from what I saw in the video). Of course a short video can't narrate the whole story, there's much more to it. But still, I can safely assume that J7 Nxt runs Oreo 8.1 just fine, as well as it runs Naught. Which is a really good thing because both j7 06 and j7 nxt are basically identified when it comes to the internals. Both have 2 gigs of ram too. So I think Oreo will run just fine on our j7 06 too. I'm looking forward to the update already

Anybody please help me I'm having terrible battery slow charging issue. My j7(2016) is android 7.0 version and phone memory is not even full. It's been a month this problem occur. It takes almost 4 and half hour to charge from 0% to 100%. Before it was normal. And phone condition and performance everything is fine.
Your help would be appreciated. T i a.

SD652, 08 Sep 2018Is it just me, or play store has been quite laggy on this one?True, it also happens to me. Everything else is lag free, but play store makes it lag for some reason. Even when I receive notification that updates are available, phone will start to stutter for a few seconds, and then everything will turn back to normal. I guess that Samsung needs to push out some update that will fix this. It was not happening before, but started like a month ago or something. Oreo might fix it, it's not a big problem but it would be nice to see a fix.
