I bought J7 - 6 from flipkart; Now i am facing problem in whatsapp and Music app.
Both apps stop working until i restart the phone.
In 2 days it has been more than 20 times. rest apps working fine.
Can anyone pls suggest me solution...

Anonymous, 16 May 2016What should I do with "no network available" in samsung j7?... morewhen the phone is showing no network available... try calling the service provider you are under. it might be an issue with regards to your coverage, it might be the sim card you are using which is defective or chances are the phone itself is defective.
as a representative for a service provider, I have troubleshoot phones showing no network available resolution will always be replacing the sim card or the phone itself... There is no way the phone will show no network available as long as there is coverage.
Final words, try changing the sim card if it does not resolve the issue try and look for solutions from XDA forum(take it on you own risk) and last but not the least bring the phone to Samsung service Center

Its now released in Philippines, and now, i cant decide which one to buy, j7 2015 or j7 2016. The difference between them is very little but the 2016 model is more expensive than the older one.
(sorry for my bad grammer)
