On Samsung site it shows that ram is 3gb and on your website it shows only 2gb. It's confusing

That is not good on j72016 because ram 2 and PPI 267.
Good one is 3 GB ram and PPI 441 on this year spical to new to every one person this things. So plzz on changing on this phone. Thank you

I think this phone is not original because samsung announced it is 3gb ram.now they clear it is 2 gb ram.Please suggest me which is best j7 [2015] or j7 [2016]?

sp, 22 Apr 2016how 3 gb converted in 2 gb...Gsm arena itself announced 3 g... moreit was released first in china with 3GB RAM then it was released in Europe couple of days ago with 2GB RAM.So it is clear that's the specification of j7(2016) outside China.

We should switch Samsung they have broken their deal in Samsung j 7 2016 ram 3 gb to 2 gb.
its configuration is poor also ppi 264 and only 2 sensors but price is much higher...they r cheating....with their brand name.

If Samsung releasing 2gb phone in India then it should be only 15000 or below that. Some website says 19k, then no use we can buy another phones which got more sensors than j7 and low price
