Hi everyone, I bought a new J76 yesterday (based on positive reviews that I found here), and I wish that it will perfect as described here. Just after activation, I'm receiving an update to Android nougat. Could you suggest me if it's a good update please ? Should I update now or later ? and any other suggestions on best practices of using it are welcome. Tnx

If you think you are good, then SAMSUNG GALAXY J7 2016 divice allows you to use a compass softower. This will benefit us very much.

I changed my charger with new samsung original charger and after few cyclus of charging and battery life is increased. Before it could last for 1 day but now it can reach 2 days. I charged it 2 days ago at midnight and about 30 minutes it was on 7% . Whole 2 days

AnonD-759497, 21 May 2018It is ALWAYS ON DISPLAY. Example phone like samsung galaxy ... moreAOD = Always on Display. Just like you said, it can display time, notifications and content while the phones screen is locked. This won't drain battery and it works best on OLED/AMOLED panels only, cause they show deeper blacks and cause they don't take up battery at all,unlike IPS/TFT displays where it's the opposite.

Anonymous, 21 May 2018What is AOD .what is its use.and effect on batery of phone?It is ALWAYS ON DISPLAY. Example phone like samsung galaxy s7 or A3 2017 have this feature. You normally lock screen but it is displayed battery and time all the time.

Maybe it is about charger , so i tried with samsung original charger and it seems better. But at first i thought that battery stats is not ok , so i was planning to do calibration for a long time but i didn't find a regular way so i will try this which you send. Thank you very much

1. Drop your battery until 0%. (Make sure your phone cant life)
2. Charge until 100% (in off position)
3. Then turn on your phone, if there aren't 100% then charge again in on position until 100%
4. Shutdown your phone and charge it again and make sure the battery indicator is 100%
5. Repeat all step until it has same indicator
Thats work for me for battery indicator issue

I think that oreo will be released for J72016. It has better specifications than j32016 and that phone receive 2 updates marshmallow and nougat 7.1.

It works perfectly but... moreExactly the same thing has been happening with mine, ever since I updated my phone recently, received a 230 mb update. I went ahead with it. Now I charge my phone up to full, take it off the charger, use it for 3-5minutes and battery percentage drops from 99 to 93. I restart it, and it drops to 83. That's ridiculous. I know for a fact that it never happened before, on marshmallow and even on Nougat. It's been happening ever since I download installed the last update. I even factory reset my phone, but the problem still persists. And I'm using a genuine Samsung charger, the one that came in the box, and it's in perfect condition. It's not damaged or anything like that
