The phone is much slower than j7 2016. I have both. It has more lag. Other things are better than on 2016 model, only performance is better on j7 2016

When you see their naming they are same j730xxxxx
J7 pro also have 16gb variants depending on region
Lastly phone arena say that j7 2017 is also known as j7 pro,j730,j7 7. Thats why you wont see j7 2017 and j7 pro getting sold on same country/region because they are same.
Theres so many j7 that makes people confused. They are releasing j7+ like wtf?? Why not just call it j8 or j9. Maybe the succes of j7 6 makes their matketing department stick to that naming

A great phone but having the 1080p display hurts gaming experience.I would never mind this phone even if it had a 720p as it would perform better in games and give better battery life. Wish it had fast charging
