Mimi Oro, 27 Dec 2018How come the 2017 model is better in every aspect than the ... moreI agree! I had the 2017 model of the J7 and it was an awesome phone. Upgraded to the 2018 model and have had nothing but issues with it. Doesnt show when I have voicemail notifications at all! I have to go into my voicemails daily to check it and see if I have any and apparently no one knows why. Keys and icons not responsive either. Sometimes it takes tapping on an icon 4 or 5 times to get app to open. Should have just stuck with the 2017 phone. Didnt have these issues whatsoever.

Horrible Value. $200 new and the 2GB RAM just kills it. the 720p screen, Ehhh, Okay its not THAT bad. but the previous, cheaper model had a full 1080p display. but once again the 2GB RAM ruins it. Snapchat or pandora, take your pick, cant have them both. google maps or snapchat, again take your pick. any game or messenger, take your pic. camera isnt too bad, but is especially bad in low light
