"hay let's make a new phone let's give it a dual camera a dual camera since it is so popular (and the only use of this kind of dual camera is blurring the back ground aka BOKEH :P) let's name it DOU since it has dual camera let's give it the same old chipset since we are to lazy to design another one let's decrease the resolution since you can't see the difference even if it didn't cost as any money this way the AWESOME FHD screen will be midranger only this way we make a bigger difference between the A series and the J series with out improving the A series and they won't notice the difference since they are all RETARDED ;$)"

Crap!
This phone is crap! Samsung what are you doing it's Rs 16k phone and it has 720p screen resolution. I own j7 2016 which is 2 year predecessor to j7 duo and it also has 720p screen. Exynos 7870 cpu is just for low end devices. No gyroscope sensor, no slow motion in camera even galaxy a7 2017 has no slow motion in camera.

This is same specs that i am using on galaxy j7 2016 wow samsung wake up dont fool people why should i upgrade just for dual back camera and performance is same

Good chipset but inadequately ships with merely 2GB RAM and HD display? That is an imbalance. Good chipset means nothing if the RAM is too small.

this is probably how Samsung is thinking:-
"let's make a new phone but since dual camera is SO popular let's make a dual camera phone let's give it a simple name and add DUE at the end and lower the specifications to low end level so it will be cheap to manufacture and more people will buy it because they are to stupid to see the difference ;$)"

any way I think the specifications are wrong look at the CHIPSET processor it is to powerful for the camera or the screen so there is two possibletes:-
it will be like the j7 V with in balanced proformence
