WhyyyyI've been using the J7 Max for over three months now and fortunately haven't faced any auto shutdown issue or any issues so far, bought this after getting rid of the J7 Pro which had horrible touch issues. Overall I really like this phone.

It's just a week I bought j7 max n now it started heating up n moreover it restarts automatically again n again. Don't know why

I am using this phone for about 1 1/2 months now and really disappoint about the device. its true its a great phone if working well. but since abut 1-2 weeks its suddenly restart again and again. also not responding for a long time and couldn't do anything. i tried to restart by holding the power button for about 1 min but still not responding. this is a waste of money.

Very bad product not satisfied with the product phone getting switched off again and again I would suggest not to purchase this product wastage of money and also please improve your service centre as well.

One of the best mid range phone I've ever come across in terms of performance and camera, kudos to Samsung!!
