In my phone the Display color in Dim. Some times it is very bright. But some times its super Dim. What causes this problem. Please help. Other than that the Speed and every other feature is very very Good.

When i was editing a picture suddenly the phone got off and not displaying anything.The phone screen is totally black and only the smart glow blinking.
can i know the reason!!!!
