AnonD-712105, 31 Oct 2017Never open yourself and use online battery. If any issue .... moreBelow six month service centres replace freely ..
Below one year they accept to replace battery ..
After one year warranty is Over .
So use online battery or purchase local battery to replace ( mobile shops do this repair ..)
Or follow YouTube videos ifixit guide .

Anonymous, 30 Oct 2017I am facing a problem with j7max of battery drainage of 20%... more20% battery drainage over night is a big issue I think! But probably you should check the followings :-
1. If any third party software is installed.
2. Use S power saving....from settings
3. Check wallpaper.....if it is any third party.
4. Display timeout timong.....also to be checked.
5. If you are facing the problem from very unpacking day.
6. System software update issue.
7If you have done any serious change in software ....or anything more.
