It's combo case of sim2 and micro sd card once inserted with sim2 or micro sd is not coming out.
I and my friend is facing same problem.we are not able to change anything in this case because it not coming out.

Thanks a lot to gsmarena the best platform for mobile selection and i have taken j7 max gold colour, specs are good as I required but battery is the problem but ok need to carry charger and slightly higher price tag overall nice

J7 max has little benefits when compared to prime...
5% extra display size.
Improved camera of 1.7 aperture.
RAM increased to 4GB.
Chipset upgraded from Exynos 7870 to Helio P20.
