Auto phone switch off problem.
My phone was getting off automatically and I was restoring it by power off button and volume down key.
Before few days same issue happened and the restoring process did not worked then I went to the service centre and they are asking me that the motherboard of your phone is totally dead and it needs to be replaced.
Unfortunately my phone is out of warranty.
If someone else have faced this problem.
We can do something to get a new phone from Samsung or we can get repaired by Samsung care.

It is the worst mobile i ever used..app crash is normal,auto shutdown even in normal apps.it hangs everytime i open it...dont use this phone

I was using this phone from 8 months....it was ok for most of d tasks...but recently started hanging issue,heating,battery drains ..... is there is any solution for overcome these problems..watching videos are worth in this phone

The phone is good, but the camera and picture quality are very poor. Captured photos too dark and the object or a person is hardly visible. Pathetic camera.

I was playing MPL and this phone even could not handle the basic low graphic of MPL.. It hangs a lot and get automatic shutdown for even hours.. Have to hard reset the phone again for power on.. This phone is not good for even low graphics games.. previously I was used redmi and believe me it's lot better then this Samsung.. Samsung sucks now.. Plz update your phone or else ur sale will get downgraded..😕😕😞😞

Useless phone don't buy this phone. It has a hanging problem . Its not for heavy usage. App crash is normal in this phone.

Dont purchase Samsung j7max this phone is not good we have serviced this phone thrise a year but no result from Samsung service center..
