I am using the phone for few days.... It's really good phone... no heating issue... smooth performance.... good camera...(could be better....but good) ....... super display quality....

The phone is all over okay but if I'm talking over the phone with someone, if another incoming call comes the person whose already in the phone can hear the beeping sound and same goes for message notification, the person over the phone gets to know that a message has come. There is no privacy...
How can I fix this ?

I think NOKIA 5 is better than J7 Core/nxt, Because same price and Nokia 5 also have Finger Print sensor and great look

You guys will buy a cloned or refurbished samsung phone and come here to mislead people for your own mistake, am chatting with you all with Samsung j7 neo/core/nxt, so I'm talking from experience, the phone is the best phone I have ever bought. durable battery which is removable, amazing processing speed and bold anti scratch screen with the latest o.s except for the lack of finger print.
lastly, Samsung genuine general testing code is *#0*#.

I owned more than 30 Android phones and if purchased a brand new one and the battery is draining fast than usual after the drain and uninterrupted 1st charge i always bring it back to samsung service center and they would either replaced the battery or change unit with the store where i purchased it. Did have a couple of phones that didn't live up with the battery back up like j1 mini rime, j1 16, j2 prime, xperia and lenovo all of them was replaced by the store where i purchased it. I really don't like the idea of just replacing the battery option because who knows the service center might just give you a refurbished battery.

I have j7nxt,j26 and mi note4 Its my practical experience
where samsung phones receive 1bar signal on jio, at same place redmi note4,note,3 and redmi 2s prime are searching for network... and couldn't catch the nentwork.

I bought this phone 2 days ago. It is phenomenal so far. No heating or performance issues. Battery timing is also very good. In two days, just 55 to 60% of the battery was utilized.
P.S. I am not a hardcore user. I am using it just for daily calls, SMS, e-mails etc. For internet, I am using both 4G as well as WiFi. Since I newly bought it, so I downloaded a couple of apps (25 to 30 approx) and restored all my data.

.-Alex-., 08 Oct 2017Doing this is like killing your Lithium Battery, LiPo/Li Io... moreonce a month doing 0%to100% will keep your battery in good codition..... every time doing 20% to 80% will give wrong information to phone....you will not get exact back up...some times it can shutdown unexpectedly....when you have some battery %.... so charge 20% to 80% always but remember...... once in a month full discharge to 0% and full charge 100%.....

I bought phone only 5days old, problem : video qulity very poor,disply dark,very hang problem ,i don't like pone this price,disply very very dark, i was fath samsung but not fath when buy mob, i buy when mob than broken my heart, netwok weke it pone, very poor hanging problm this phone , i sagest only better phone on7 pro, i an not satisfaid buy it phone bro.
