Charging time is too slow but it gives better performance for a long time..user interface is fantabulous,and even now I can use my dual SIM for 4g n 3g networks..that's a good bug fix from Samsung .. finally loved this Samsung's new step ..

Iann, 12 Sep 2017How do u do upgrading may someone helpFirst of all you need a Wi-Fi connected device or mobile data on with 4G network with at least 1.2 GB data.
Now go to settings>>About device>> click on "updates manually". The device will take few seconds and will show a new window about Nouget Update with over 1 GB data size (if your country has already get Nouget).
Now click on the download button and download the files to 100%. Once it is downloaded you have either two options e.g. install the package immediately or fixed a later time to install.
No matter what you choose, make sure the device is plugged to USB charger. It will take about 30 minutes to install, reboot and optimization of the device. Once the device is normally boot up and ready, you can use it normally. Also you should check the play store to update any apps and remove any old themes.
If you are adult person, than you can do it by yourself. As there is not much to do by yourself on the process. But if you are newbie or minor or woman than take help of someone who is experienced.
Best option is to visit a nearby Samsung store and ask those people. They will do it for free and you can save data cost. Regards.

Jacky, 12 Sep 2017I charged my J7 Prime with a different charger and the adap... moreProbably your device's motherboard is dead. By using another charger (which may have high voltage or low voltage) you have tried to charge the device in a wrong way. You are lucky that the device did not exploded and caught fire. Also as you have used a wrong charger, you have also blow up the warranty and insurance. My last advice to you, remove any memory card from the device and sell it to a repair store and buy another device. I always advice people that never ever use any other charger than the original one by Samsung. I hope you have learned the lesson for life. Regards.
