I took this mobile in the month of January 2017. Now from the past 2 or 3 months, the sensor of back button is not working properly. I have to try again and again for coming out of any app or screen using back button. Also the camera of the phone is very cheap. It is not at the standards of Samsung. Please don't purchase this mobile if you are looking for a better camera phone. Better go for mi or oneplus mobiles.

I am tired of mid range devices. I mean it has this and that has those feature etc. Just saw the Honor 8 pro with 6 GB RAM AND 128 ROM @ 30,000 K. It has everything and comes with a free VR headgear set. May I will get it in few months.

Pros:
Big/bright screen screen
Loud enough speaker
Good battery life
Solid, slim metal built quality
Great call quality
32 GB/3 GB RAM (for this price)
Cons:
Disappointing camera
Future software updates probably not happening
So if camera and updates are not your concern go for it as it has more to offer at this price.

You can compare J7 prime's camera with J7, J7 pro and other mid range phones not with the I phone 7s, Xperias and the S7s.

You can take a screenshot by holding home & power buttons together. Alternatively you can enable Assistant Menu from settings which will display a floating button on the screen via which you can also take a screenshot.

I am using j7 prime for 6 months
This phone is worth for the price
The camera is good
The sound is good
And it gives lot of buil in features like smart view and assisitive touch
The display quality is good
You can use apps like 20 without lagging.
Multi tasking at its best
The battery is good 100%
But
This doesnt get much updates or anything
There are some software problems
And the storage is actually low as android takes the place
And it restarts some times
I give this 8/10

The only good thing about this phone is the battery life other than this its less than average.
i can not believe there is no screen shot or call recording in it !!!
it has no gyro sensor or compass and does not support VR glasses

Just bought the J7 Prime for $193, really good phone considering the price, big screen, decent camera 32 GB, 3 GB RAM, notification led light and solid build quality, got a tempered glass for it, what more can you ask for at that price.
